Dry Spell in Cheras!!!

This will be a "Special" entry. It will be out of the norm from my usual entry. Since I began blogging few months back, my entry has been more on events and fashion show events. But today, I can't hold my frustration in this matter anymore.

OK, lets get straight into the main point. The area I am currently staying which is at Pandan Perdana, Cheras has not been getting constant water supply for the past FIVE (5) DAYS. Imagine, since Monday, the water supply in my area was cut and not even a drip of water came out from the tap. Even if it does, it will only last for less then 20mins. Lucky that I manage to save up some water wen there is a short water supply. It lasted for 1 day.Then from Tuesday night, there wasn't a single drip of water supplied.

As I was so frustrated and pissed adn have not been getting my usual shower for 12 hours, so I called PUSPEL which is a channel under the Customer Services Department of SYABAS (Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor) at 4PM yesterday to lodge a complain. Miss Nurbaya answered my call and got all my particulars before recording down my complains. I told her about the water distruption at my area and she said that she will ask technician to look into this matter immediately and I did stressed to her that there have not been a single drip of water that comes out from my tap since Tuesday. Conversation ended and I continue to wait for the happiest moment where water will be supplied.

2 hours later...

No water supplied yet! I called PUSPEL again. A lady(forgot to ask her name) answered my call. She told me that the reason of the water distruption was from don't know what kolam Pudu thingy. They have been repairing it since Monday. Hey, how long does it takes to supply water back to my area. If there is any problem,I guess it can be repaired within a day or the most 2 days. I used to work in the manufacturing industry where water plays a main role in it.If there is some water supply problems, it can be ractified within hours. If not they (the water supplier eg. SYABAS) would have to pay for all their losses. Same goes to the power supply.. That is why repairing and services are fast. The lady then told me that they have start to supply water back yesterday( wednesday evening)and it will reach my area soon. I just have to wait. OK and I ended the call.

2 hours later (8PM Thursday)

After thinking it over and over again, how long does it takes for the water to flow from the kolam Pudu thingy to my area..the most i think is 6 hours(should be more then enough right?)I called again and this time, a lady by the name Miss Yuzi answered my call. This time, they oredi recognize my voice and said, "Ini Mr Jason ya...".hahaha...I said to her that it is to much oredi. My area here have not been supplied with water for almost 4 days and you people are giving all kind of excuses. I told her i want a confirmation on when the water supply will be back. She said that she cannot give any confirmation but they have already supply the water "secara berperingkat" and i can get my water supply latest by this (Friday) morning. Ended the call with high hopes that the water supply will be back soon! Could not even sleep. Around 3AM, I heard sounds of water from my water tank. I was really really happy that finally i can get my shower after almost 24 hours. Without wasting any time, i quickly ran into the shower and get my shower...phew..wat a relief after that and off to bed around 4AM.

11am Friday.

Woke up with the hope of getting another shower before going out for lunch and then to uni. Went into the shower, turn the tap and F***, no water!Damn it! This is pissing me off. Quickly grab my handphone and called PUSPEL again.

This time Miss Amy answered my call. I complained complained and complained...then she was supprised that how come my area still diden get our water supply yet. Silly question asked and stupid reason given.She told me that maybe my area is in a highland area and it takes a more time for water to reach my area (i m actually leaving in a single storey terrace house and not on top of any hill). Then she told me that maybe the Kolam Pudu water level has decreased and we have to wait for it to reach the level where water will continue to be supplied...she then said, she will ask her people to look into this matter "again" and ask me to wait...Before hanging up, she said, "sebelum petang ini".Wait wait wait...I reminded her that it has been 5DAYS without water! she say OKOK...haiz...I m STILL waiting.

Sorry for my nagging...It is really pissing me off!!!

P/s: The wiered thing is not the whole of Pandan Perdana is facing this problem. Those shoplots, restaurant and petrol station behind my house is fine...how come??WIERED

Pss: I forgot the main thing. SYABAS/PUSPEL did not even send any NOTICE regarding the water disruption nor even bring in any water tank lorry to supply us wih water. Imagine 5 DAYS without water!!!What are you (SYABAS/PUSPEL) up to!!!!??????
