Sports Specific Training
Sports specific training is for athletes who are looking to improve in their sport, or preparing for a particular competition.
Every new athlete will go through a series of assessment that would allow us to customize a training program based on the assessment results.
Regardless of what sports you are playing, efficient movement is essential in every sport.
* Team sports training for strength and conditioning is also available. Technical coaches will work along with me to determine the best direction for our athletes’ performance.
